The answer to that question is a resounding yes!

The Bible Deists teach that the "Signs and Wonders" ended with the death of the last Apostle. But no where in the Bible does it say that or prophecy that they will end. It is an abstraction that the Deists have developed. They argue that the Apostles needed signs and wonders because they did not yet have the Bible. That now that we have the Bible we do not need signs and wonders.

The Bible how ever contradicts the Deists. In Acts 2:17-19 (also referenced in Joel 2:28-29)

"In the last days" God says,
"I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sonds and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
Your old men will dream dreams.
Even om ny servans, both men and women,
I will pour out My Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.
I will show wonders in the heaven above
and signs on the earth below ..."

When Jesus was around unreligious people, He often demonstrated God's power by performing a miracle or speaking a prophetic word to them. This would then give him the opportunity to tell them more about the Kingdom of God.

John 14:12 says "Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will do ..."

If Jesus needed "Signs and Wonders" and the Apostles needed "Signs and Wonders" how much more do we need "Signs and Wonders" today.

Alas one can never win a religious argument. They can only testify to the facts and their experience.
My experience has been: 
              V I have given prophecy and seen it come to pass. 
              V I have experienced words of Knowledge that were correct and through the natural could not be known. 
              V I have been prayed for and received healing. 
              V I have prayed for healing for others and scene it come to pass. 
              V I have had Visions and found them to accurately predict the future
